St. John the Evangelist School is a diverse community and we welcome your application. Families are encouraged to contact the school to arrange for a tour or a shadow date.

Following that initial meeting, a registration packet will be provided.  Upon receipt of the completed materials, a meeting will be scheduled to discuss any next steps and to finalize enrollment.

Application Process

Please complete the following steps to apply for the 2019-2020 academic school year:

  1. Return Completed Admission Application
  2. Submit the $225.00 non-refundable registration fee due
  3. Return Additional Required Forms(K-8)
  4. Interview
  5. Meet with Principal to sign a Policy Statement and a Tuition Agreement

  1. A copy of the child's birth certificate. 
  2. If entering Kindergarten, St. John the Evangelist requires that a child entering Kindergarten be five years old by December of the school year into which they are applying.
  3. A copy of the most recent Report Card or Progress Report (PK)
  4. Birth Certificate (long form)
  5. Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
  6. Standardized Test scores (if applicable)
  7. Current (within 12-23 months) Health Record signed by your pediatrician and including all immunizations*
  8. Signed tuition agreement
  9. Non-refundable registration deposit

*This information is very important and necessary for your child's admission to our school. Please comply with the regulation as soon as possible but before August 1 of the school year to which you are applying.
