Nurse
Welcome Back!!
Please make sure you have a physical on file at school. It is due prior to the first day of school on August 31, 2009.
SPORTS PHYSICALS
Any student who wishes to participate in a school sport (cross country, basketball, baseball and softball) must have a sports physical on file at school PRIOR to the beginning of that sport's season.
Important things to remember! SEND A NOTE PLEASE.
If your child is home from school, you need to send in a note on the day they return to school, stating a reason for the absence. If they have a fever, have been vomiting, or have had diarrhea, they must remain home for 24 hours after the last episode. This allows us to keep the germs at home.
We do appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
